Acceptance of Terms:

By using Markitor’s design services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Service Description:

Markitor offers graphic design, web design, and social media design services. All designs are created based on the specifications provided by the client and are subject to approval.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing clear and detailed instructions, materials, and feedback for the design projects. Failure to provide necessary information may result in delays or additional charges.

Design Approval:

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all design drafts and final versions. Once a design is approved, any further revisions may be subject to additional charges.

Intellectual Property:

All designs created by Markitor are the intellectual property of Markitor until full payment is received from the client. Upon full payment, the client will have full ownership rights to the designs.

Confidentiality:

Markitor agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential. We will not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without prior consent from the client.

Payment Terms:

Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or contract. A deposit may be required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on cancellations and refunds.

Limitation of Liability:

Markitor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our design services.

Changes to Terms:

Markitor reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
