At Markitor, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our services. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Non-Refundable Purchases: All purchases made through Markitor are non-refundable once work has started. We commit resources and efforts to deliver quality service from the beginning of the project.

2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be considered if:

   • Work has not commenced.
   • You inform us within 48 hours of purchase that you wish to cancel your order.

4. Mutual Agreement Cases: In exceptional circumstances where both parties agree to a refund after work has started, we may issue a refund. Such cases will be assessed individually, based on mutual understanding.

5. No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for services rendered. Once work begins, the full amount becomes non-refundable.
